Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude
∎ Handle phone calls, emails, and provide accurate information
∎ Maintain a neat reception area and manage visitor logs
∎ Support admin tasks, including mail handling, meeting scheduling, and office coordination
∎ Assist in recruitment support and other tasks assigned by the management
∎ Help with basic design tasks using Canva or Photoshop
∎ Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) for daily documentation and communication
∎ Assist with client follow-up or telemarketing as part of team support.
∎ Must be proactive, professional, and able to multitask efficiently
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming personality
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, email handling, and internet browsing
∎ Basic design skills and familiarity with Photoshop or Canva
∎ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
∎ Positive, customer service-oriented mindset
∎ High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
