∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration from Public or Private university.
∎ Graduation / Post Graduation in any subject from reputed Public or Private university.

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Administration, Receptionist/ Front Desk

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serves guests by welcoming, inviting, and coordinating them appropriately.
∎ Operation and maintenance of PABX system.
∎ Carry out all typing, drafting of correspondence, secretarial work, making appointments, responding to phone calls, requests for information, taking notes etc.
∎ Receive incoming phone calls and requests for information.
∎ Receive and dispatch letters/documents.
∎ Basic admin works.
∎ Coordinate with HR and Admin.
∎ Operation of other office equipment as and when necessary.
∎ Perform typing and secretarial functions as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be presentable, enthusiastic, energetic with good interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate should have good communication skills with adequate computer literacy.
∎ Assist in organizing large meetings, workshops and training in the office.
∎ Carry out all other works assigned by the senior management.
