∎ Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and front desk software (if applicable).

∎ 1+ year experience in reservations or front office operations.
∎ Knowledge of reservation software (e.g.,Flex, Opera, IDS, Cloudbeds) is a plus.
∎ Strong customer service and communication skills.
∎ Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

∎ Maintain visitor logs and manage appointments.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front desk operations.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
∎ Handle customer reservations via phone, email, or online portals.
∎ Update and manage booking records accurately.
∎ Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping departments.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with confirmation.
∎ Prepare daily reservation and occupancy reports.
∎ Location: Dolphin Circle, Kolatoli, And Cox’s Bazar
