Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline,
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hotel Management.
∎ Basic Training on Front Office Operation & Diploma in Hotel Management will be added an advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Hotel and Resort, Hotel booking, Hotel Management, Hotel Reservation.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor customer satisfaction (Guest Feedback, Social Media Review).
∎ Maintains room key control.
∎ Welcomes guests and fosters customer loyalty through his/her friendly manner.
∎ Develops high quality relationships with guests throughout their stay.
∎ Guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provide a fast solution.
∎ Ensures you are well presented (uniforms, personal hygiene etc), and also punctual. Enforces all cash handling, check cashing, and credit policies.
∎ Provide a high level of customer service and maintain a high profile in the day to day front office operations.
∎ Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy.
∎ Maintain office equipment such as computers, Photocopy machines, POS machines, printers etc.
∎ Monitor the front desk and ensure all employees comply with all security procedures for visitors.
∎ Other duties will be assigned by the department head/management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospitality Management, Hotel Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel
∎ Excellent verbal and written English required.
∎ Minimum two years of working experience in a reputed hotel for this position.
∎ Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, e-communication and POS software. (HOTEL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE ) NICE SOFTWARE.
∎ Excellent communication skills required.
∎ Ability to work independently.

Salary: Negotiable
