∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ 1+ years of institutional experience, with a strong focus on JavaScript (Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js).
∎ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools including version control systems like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
∎ Knowledge of microservices best practices and deployment strategies.
∎ Hands-on & proven experience with ERP system development, microservice architecture, and related design patterns.
∎ Strong understanding of backend architecture, server-side logic, and database management.
∎ Experience with SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Nosql technologies (Mongodb).
∎ Familiarity with Category-3 grade API development, integration, and scaling.
∎ Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git, CI/CD, Docker or similar containerization technologies.
∎ Strong understanding of security principles and practices, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and Express.js.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
∎ Develop and manage category 3 grade RESTful APIs, basic authentication methods (JWT, OAuth), and web services to integrate various systems and applications.
∎ Design, develop, and maintain websites, ERP systems, and scalable microservice architectures using JavaScript (Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js) and PHP, Laravel, & other PHP frameworks.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver business-critical solutions.
∎ Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth and efficient integration between frontend and backend systems.
∎ Develop, test, and maintain databases using SQL (e.g., Mysql, Postgresql) and Nosql technologies (Mongodb).
∎ Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React.js, Express, Nest.js).
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in ERP modules, scalable microservice architecture, and backend systems.
∎ Implement security best practices, including data protection, authentication, and authorisation mechanisms.
∎ Ensure system scalability and performance while adhering to agile development practices.
∎ Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
∎ Capacity development of junior team & intern team members.
∎ Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud) and DevOps.
