Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a showroom head, create the company’s first showroom and take all the necessary steps and create/supervise dealerships of behalf of the company.
∎ Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets and KPIs.
∎ Develop strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates.
∎ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
∎ Handle customer complaints and queries professionally and promptly.
∎ Lead, train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching/feedback.
∎ Prepare staff rosters and manage shift scheduling.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the showroom in line with brand guidelines.
∎ Work closely with the visual merchandising team for regular product display updates.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock replenishment.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales and inventory reports.·       Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share insights with management.
∎ Ensure timely billing, invoicing and documentation as per company protocols.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
∎ Capture customer data and feedback for improving products and services.
∎ Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

∎ The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the furniture and decor showroom, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving sales targets, managing staff and sales team, maintaining visual merchandising standards and representing the brand in a professional and engaging manner with ensuring that all processes align with brand standards and business objectives.

∎ Required Qualifications:
∎ Education: BBA, MBA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design or a related field.
∎ Experience:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in furniture, home decor or lifestyle products.
∎ Language:
∎ Fluency in English (spoken and written).
∎ Computer Skills:
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and basic inventory software.
