Furniture Industries, Furniture Technician
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualize and sketch design plans
∎ Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision
∎ Basis for the modelling could be photos, technical drawings, poor 3d objects or scanned items
∎ Retopology / low-poly modeling data cleaning of high Poly objects
∎ Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met
∎ Cost control, responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating to meet target.
∎ Understanding the design and execute the construction
∎ Inspect product after completion to determine whether it has any defect or flaw
∎ Ensure quality works
∎ Monitoring the calculation of material that are required and wastad
∎ Manage the project site operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matter related to the construction of projects.
∎ Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions.
∎ Require to respond swiftly to work delay, emergencies and other problem including any other ad-hoc duties assigned
∎ Knowledgeable in tender procedures.
∎ Requirement :Recognized qualification in interior furniture design or equivalent.
