∎ Incorporate buyer’s comments on samples
∎ Take care of product design and make it production friendly
∎ Pattern making or Easier construction idea to reduce pricing.
∎ Recording the documents and discuss with factory people and merchandiser team
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills with both factory and buyer
∎ Knowledge of manufacturing production and processes
∎ To be thorough and pay attention to detail
