∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Lingerie Garments Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
∎ Monitor and control quality system. Improve the knowledge and skill of the team. Demonstration of buyer standard setting on the Iron Table /Folding etc.
∎ Must be following up day to day target work. Should have to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
∎ Ensure to start the Finishing production as per monthly production plan in time.
∎ Ensure the daily style wise target achievement.
∎ To meet the shipment dates. Maintain Daily output finishing & packing, record.
∎ Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections with external buying office audits.
∎ Have the ability to manage his team in finishing & packing with good results.
∎ Should technically be qualified & capable of monitoring day to day activities.
∎ Act as the coordinator among the different departments for ensuring continual production.
∎ Act as a team leader for betterment of product, process, resources as well as environment.
∎ Make a good plan to finish the product by considering urgency, smooth running of production line as well as production nature discussing with senior production management.
∎ Take preventive action for making non-conformance product.
∎ Take corrective action for non-conformance product.
∎ Coordination of quality control section and finishing section for any kind of fault is generating during processing.
∎ Overall follow up of finishing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 04 years' experience in the same position.
∎ Working experience with all type of Lingerie Products.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Total garments making process, Quality Management system, Quality Inspection process.
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.
