Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with the Design Teams to involve in bring Innovations and Sustainable Products to table.
∎ Provide ongoing trainings, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
∎ Design Packs / Development Sample Process for relevant Season / Phases.
∎ Sourcing Fabrics / Trims and innovation Developments Follow ups.
∎ Capacity Allocations and Production Follow ups.
∎ Shipment process & Customer Communications
