Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and special machines/attachment Conducting capacity study, method study, production study, Time Study, line balancing etc.
∎ Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
∎ Preparing SMV database for all styles.
∎ Identify and minimize the bottle neck areas, co-ordinate with seniors and line managers for solving issues.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum work in progress (WIP)
∎ Perform special assignment and case study for continuous improvement in quality & productivity.
∎ Participate in PP meeting,
∎ review pilot run, and monitor mass production for complex product and new vendor.
∎ Maintain the required productivity / efficiency levels across all production areas.
∎ Ability to manage complex projects and drive significant performance through capacity utilization and continuous improvements.
∎ Proactive problem solving with ability to take data driven decisions.
∎ Critical path analysis of any knit item.
∎ Responsible for all technical issue of garments.
