∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain close relationships with the factories teams to facilitate the sample process.
∎ To ensure that any difficulties in construction (which is not achievable in bulk production & can hamper to achieve quality standard) does not exists in approved sealer sample.
∎ Working with the UK technical team on all fit, Sample & Pattern issues
∎ Communicates with the factories, ensuring all fit comments are clearly understood and carried out correctly to make sealer sample.
∎ Go through all comments once sealer sample is approved and check all the patterns & grading in the spec is OK to proceed for Size set.
∎ During size set review need to check all the patterns shape, spec grading, any challenges for final production, visual appearance of all sizes is matched to approved sample by following comments.
∎ Prior to size set approval, need to ensure that size set is made of actual bulk fabric and accessories to match approved 1st bulk & approved trims.
∎ Giving packing instruction to the factory team ( eg. folding method, carton, size of the poly bag etc)
∎ Once sealer is approved, handover the style details to QA during weekly QA meeting and style review with HK production director along with Technical and QA manager (Cut and Sew)
∎ Once size set is approved, need to hold pre production meeting with the key members of factory magt team and need to share share size set comments and gold tag sample with factory after preproduction meeting.
∎ Update and maintain all records.
∎ Any other reasonable duties that assigned by Technical & Quality Manager Cut & Sew
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Extensive Experience in the Garment Technology area , for a supplier / factory / customer
∎ Good knowledge of customer technical standards requirements
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills - as working with many people in a number of different companies / factories .
∎ Communication - need to be a strong and articulate communicator both in spoken and written English
∎ Good computer skills - need to be able to use a number of different programmes
∎ Good admin skills - need to be able to record all garment technical information systematically
∎ Personal skills - need to be mature , hard working , have very good attention to detail , and organized
Salary: Negotiable
