Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Management, Organization planning, monitoring and evaluation of the Food & Beverage Department
∎ Follow-up of the management decisions, Reports preparation and submission, training and development
∎ Supervise and control ensure proper follow up, coordinate with all departments.
∎ Develop and implement Food and Beverage promotions, strategies and special events in conjunction with the Park Head and the Sales and Marketing officials,
∎ Make and implement promotional strategy (daily, weekly, monthly) to meet the sales target
∎ Administration and control of the operation of Sales & marketing.
∎ Identify opportunities for market expansion and lead efforts to open new sales channels and markets for the food & Beverage, consumers products, Toiletries, personal care.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement product promotions, advertising campaigns, and trade programs.
∎ Optimize sales resources, including trade spending and promotional budgets, for maximum return on investment.
∎ Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
∎ Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate pricing and discount structures.
∎ Implement corrective actions to improve performance and sales results
