Job Context:
∎ Duration: April 2021 to September 2022

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Gender Assessment in the project
∎ Prepare Annual Gender Equality Action Plans
∎ Monitor Project for undergoing systematic gender analysis for community based sharing and program planning
∎ Support to ensure gender sensitive and safe place for girls at school and community
∎ Orient project team on gender sensitive, GVB issue
∎ Collect information on GBV from the community and ensure comprehensive service to the GVB victims.
∎ Assist to develop training module, activity guideline and materials
∎ Facilitate training with different stakeholders
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years in Development field working with gender-based violence prevention, education on health and hygiene related projects
∎ Skill on training module development
∎ Training facilitation skills
∎ Coordination and Networking skills
∎ Training report and documentation skills
∎ Sound knowledge on gender-based violence prevention, education on health and hygiene
∎ Good communicator
∎ Good in writing both in Bangla and English
∎ Good in operating MS Office, monitoring software, internet etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary BDT 38,000 with other benefits as per project budget
