∎ পার্লারের দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম তদারকি ও সুসমন্বয় নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ স্টাফ ম্যানেজমেন্ট, ডিউটি শিডিউল তৈরি এবং কর্মীদের কার্যকারিতা মূল্যায়ন।
∎ কাস্টমার সার্ভিস উন্নয়ন ও সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ মার্কেটিং, অফার/প্রমোশন পরিকল্পনা ও বাস্তবায়নে অংশগ্রহণ।
∎ ব্রাঞ্চের বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনে নেতৃত্ব প্রদান।
∎ ইনভেন্টরি, স্টক ম্যানেজমেন্ট এবং রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
∎ দৈনিক আয়-ব্যয় হিসাব ও রিপোর্ট প্রধান কর্তৃপক্ষকে প্রদান।
∎ শৃঙ্খলা বজায় রাখা এবং কর্মপরিবেশ উন্নয়নে ভূমিকা রাখা।
∎ ক্লায়েন্টদের অভিযোগ/পরামর্শ গ্রহণ ও সমস্যা সমাধানে পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া।
∎ ট্রেইনিং ও স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্টে নজর দেওয়া
