Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversight of facility operations such as security, maintenance, and cleaning services.
∎ Developing and managing budgets for departments within the company.
∎ Providing administrative support to executive leadership such as board members or company executives.
∎ Managing the day-to-day operations of an organization to ensure that it runs smoothly.
∎ Communicating with vendors to ensure that all orders are filled on time and that inventory levels are adequate.
∎ Overseeing employee hiring, firing, and training to ensure that the company has a qualified workforce.
∎ Monitoring staff performance to ensure that they are performing their jobs efficiently and effectively.
∎ Maintain all Administrative issues as per labor law benchmark and preset standard.
∎ Responsible to maintain discipline amongst the employees.
∎ Responsible for making & renewing various agreements like Wastage, Hospital, Vehicle, Trade License, IRC, ERC & BERC, ECC.
∎ Responsible for beautification & gardening.
∎ Develop & Implement strategies by establishing department accountability to ensure set up action oriented administrative management system.
∎ Introduce, implement and monitor visitor and dispatch management system.
∎ Develop & Implement SOP and policy for Security Management, Protocol Management, Transportation Management and other areas of admin and security when required.
∎ Strong leadership.
