Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR and administrative strategies, policies, and systems aligned with the organization's goals.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and compliance requirements.
∎ Provide strategic direction to the HR & Admin team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
∎ Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
∎ Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
∎ Design and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
∎ Lead performance management systems and employee development programs.
∎ Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
∎ Supervise general administrative activities such as office management, facilities, security, and logistics.
∎ Oversee payroll, benefits administration, timekeeping, and leave management systems.
∎ Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all HR and administrative documentation and reports.
∎ Optimize resource allocation and cost control in administrative operations.
∎ Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
∎ Implement employee engagement programs and welfare initiatives to enhance morale and job satisfaction.
∎ Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to recommend improvements.
∎ Maintain regular communication with employees and management to address concerns and identify areas for enhancement.
∎ Ensure full compliance with all applicable employment laws, safety regulations, and internal policies.
∎ Maintain up-to-date HR and administrative documentation for audit and compliance reviews.
∎ Proactively identify and mitigate HR and administrative risks.
∎ Liaise with government authorities, legal consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders as necessary.
∎ Represent the company in HR & Admin matters at industry forums, regulatory bodies, and external meetings.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends and adopt best practices in HR and administration.
∎ We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead the HR and Administrative functions of our corporate office. The General Manager – Admin & HR will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring operational efficiency, and cultivating a high-performance culture across our Garments, Textile, and Spinning divisions.
