∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ At least 15 years in factory operation.
∎ At least 20 years where at least 10 years in concrete block / tiles/Ceramic making factory.
∎ Should have 15 years' experience in factory operation specially in building products manufacturing factory.
∎ Should have enough knowledge about machinery specially in concrete block making machinery.
∎ Should have enough knowledge about transport & delivery management.
∎ Expertise in product development.
∎ Very dynamic and hard working.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing efficient leadership for factory management.
∎ Research and development for improvement of product quality & quantity.
∎ Making yearly production plan and ensure monthly production.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery.
∎ Monitor day to day operation and supervise all unites of factory.
∎ Responsibility of doing the feasibility study of new machinery.
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
∎ Ensuring proper safety of the persons, materials as well as for the factory.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine and materials to improve production capacity.
∎ Ensure regular training and development program for all level of staffs.
∎ Ensure product delivery on time as per requirement.
∎ Ensure all the machinery and transports always are in good condition.
∎ Coordination and follow up with Govt. authority (if needed)
