BOQ, Civil Construction, Construction Equipment, construction project Management, Cost and budget, Design drawing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Total Project planning (Work Schedule, Manpower, Equipment requirement etc)
∎ Prepare engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints and tests on soil.
∎ To review the project plans & specifications and comments on the building design.
∎ To resolve all kinds of problems related to drawings & potential construction problem.
∎ To assist the estimator in preparation of project budgets.
∎ Scheduling, possible cost saving measures.
∎ Preparation the general conditions of monthly budget.
∎ Guide the subordinate (such as site engineers, project coordinator, chief engineer etc.)
∎ Prepared the detail estimation of required materials and BOQ.
∎ To assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements.
∎ Intelligently communicate with Consultant/ Clients as well as effectively lead the Project execution.
∎ Monitor and maintain the projects construction schedule on a daily/weekly basis.
∎ Raise & discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings, Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.
∎ Inform the Consultant/Clients of any errors, discrepancies or missions contained within the Consultant design drawings.
∎ Monitor Safety & ensure that the requirement of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.
∎ Maintain control and enforce good construction standard and quality control.
∎ Control and monitor labor, materials and equipment expenses.
∎ Prepared monthly cost forecasting summaries.
∎ Maintaining of individual files of individual clients of each project under his responsibilities and time to time follow up and decision passing to the site level.
∎ Proper checking & Control of requisition.
∎ Checking & authorization of petty cash bill & conveyance bill for approval.
∎ All kinds of labor contractor bills checking & authorize for approval.
∎ Quality control (checking of strength of concrete, cement, re-bars, workmanship of finishing works like plaster, tiles, wood works, paints etc. )
∎ Take necessary action during handover of a project.
∎ Leave/attendance control and recommendation for site engineers/staff.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Construction works with 2 to 4 Basement of High-rise Building.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
∎ Should have good knowledge in drawing & design.
