Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Public university with having good academic result.
∎ Skills Required: Civil Engineering, Project Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position will include but not limited to:
∎ Supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, Basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per drawing.
∎ Responsible for total projects planning and initiate the projects to reduce cost, schedule, performance and the components of projects.
∎ Works program (Manpower Planning, Job specification, outline the different phases of construction, logistic supports, flow of construction materials supply etc.) to be prepared and get it approved by the concerned authority.
∎ Prepare drawing, design and other details (including finishes) requirement schedule, discuss and co-ordinate with the Design Office to ensure timely receipt of the same. Will also periodically monitor Design Office progress in these matters.
∎ Check Master Budget immediately on receipt and to get it revised if any error is detected in the same. Also to check necessity of any revision as soon as 50% of Master Budget amount has been spent in any project and contact Master Budget Team to revise and obtain approval of the Management.
∎ To ensure individual Project In-Charge to prepare monthly construction program and that it is in line with the total program. If for any reason there has been a delay in any item of work, subsequent month's/month's program is to be undertaken to recover the lost time. In other words all projects under his control to be completed on schedule.
∎ To ensure that all indents for procurement of materials are in conformity both in respect of desired quality and quantity of works that are actually required as per works program for the month.
∎ To approve issue of purchase order on receipt of comparative statement from the Central Procurement Cell (CPC) on being satisfied that proper purchases are being made.
∎ To ensure quality of works being maintained at highest level. Routine visit to all sites are his control is mandatory.
∎ Shall monitor if all logistic supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, drawings, designs, detailing are being provided to individual sites in time.
∎ Maintain cost control through monthly monitoring actual expenditure with actual works done to ensure completion of works within Master Budget.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 49 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have a very good leadership quality and practical experience in handling office & construction employees.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
∎ Should have good knowledge in drawing & design
∎ Should have high level skill to lead professional team.
