Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation in Finance/Accounting along with Professional Qualification [preferably FCA/FCMA/FCCA/CFA/CIMA];
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall "Finance and Accounts" operations of the project to maximize profitability;
∎ Preparation & implementation of annual budgets & ensuring budgetary control
∎ Lead the Costing and Pricing exercises for projects and operations;
∎ Overall responsibilities of all Financial and Management reporting including statutory reporting;
∎ Analyze business information and prepare project reports & recommendations for Top Management;
∎ Conduct visit to resort as when required to ensure effective operation of accounting & financial system;
∎ Relationship management with Financial Institutions and raise necessary finances in coordination with Corporate Finance dept;
∎ Interact with internal & external auditors and regulatory bodies;
∎ Lead the budgetary & performance goal-setting exercises;
∎ Take active role in capital budgeting and asset management;
∎ Work closely with the Commercial & Supply chain processes for optimum result;
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 10 years' relevant experience with reputed real estate companies;
∎ Sound understanding of Accounting & Taxation policies & practices with hands-on experience;
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali;
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability.
