Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing allover Material control and Store activities regarding Central Warehouse, Accessories store, Fabrics, Chemicals, Spare parts and Leftover/wastage store.
∎ Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures regarding Materials Management.
∎ Monitoring and supervising all store-related activities of 100% export-oriented knit composite and woven factory.
∎ Monitor & Control a large-scale Knit composite Factories & movement of material flow from Raw to finish product & dispatch to the end customer.
∎ Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the items of the store properly.
∎ Checking physical inventory from time to time to cross-match with the monthly inventory report.
∎ Supervision of receive and delivering all materials as per requirement.
∎ Working with software (ERP) for better control, planning & stocktaking system based.
∎ Ensure to make order reconciliation and submit this report to high management.
∎ Ensure all receive and delivery of materials are properly recorded and documented properly.
∎ Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Yearly report preparation according to inventory flow movement and submission to the proper authority.
∎ Leading and guiding other store persons to accomplish the task in the best way.
∎ Handle all IR situations, conflict management, and zero tolerance activities (Thefts, pilferage, physical abuse, financial abuse, etc.) of departmental employees.
