Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of new Business Development & Promotion with fresh Buyer
∎ Capable of Marketing, New Buyer Development, Order Procurement, Correspond, Liaise and Communicate with the buyers regarding Capacity booking, Order taking, and sub-contract also at an order crisis moment.
∎ Skill in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge. Able to line booking for round the year at any situation & run the factory independently.
∎ Strong capable to handle quantitative analysis, Buyer corresponded and creative work, any Merchandising file of an order starting from new development to shipment of goods
∎ Prepare to production plan & shipment plan for the proper execution of sampling according to "Time and Action Calendar" on regular basis with production management
∎ Sound Knowledge in Computer and Internet; as well as in English speaking, listening and writing to communicate with Buyers regarding production status and receiving new orders.
∎ Strong capability of Team Building & Team Management
∎ Sound knowledge about sweater Accessories, Sample development, and marketing-related all product development, market survey, and negotiation skills.
∎ Try to give maximum lead time to production and think for maximum profit from all merchandise
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues
∎ Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors, and all aspects of the company target.
∎ To oversee updates on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by merchandisers to buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 15 years of experience in sweater garment's Marketing & Merchandising. At least 14-15 years of practical experience in asking position under sweater based factory.
∎ Candidate Should Have adequate knowledge & having experience in different kind of sweater and jacquard.
∎ Must have good knowledge in sweater garments
∎ Candidate should have well conversant in commercial terms and Documentation processes.
∎ He / She Should be a team builder
∎ Should be able to work under extensive pressure & solve problem creatively.
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms.
∎ Candidate Should be well conversant on Computing through international communication platform (Internate) and other's official Functions.
