Responsibilities & Context:
∎ . Develop and execute for profitability in alignment of company’s vision and
∎ mission.
∎ . Lead corporate and site selection strategy, ensuring alignment with customer
∎ demographics
∎ . Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback
∎ . Create a high-performance culture and ensure that all the organizational
∎ targets.
∎ . Plan and oversee existing land utilization as revenue earning and accordingly
∎ project execution.
∎ . Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
∎ . Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for real estate
∎ projects.
∎ . Lead sales, marketing, and branding strategies to drive business success.
∎ . Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, investors, and
∎ key stakeholders.
∎ . Ensure quality, delivery within deadlines, budget constraints, meet business
∎ goals with controlling costs
∎ . Provide regular updates on business performance, market conditions and
∎ sales forecasts to the senior management team.
