Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline / MBA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to distribute, supervise, control and monitoring the duties and responsibilities of under command all operation officers and also be able to conduct interview for selection higher operational staffs.
∎ Should have sufficient experience in private security service sector, i,e, to carryout security survey, new post deployment, event management and to provide short term security service to client premises.
∎ Able to plan on various operational services to meet the client requirements as well as able to carry out impromptu / hasty deployment. Conduct visit at any duty post as and when required.
∎ Adequate knowledge to face emergency situations ie, fire, theft, or any incidental cases.
∎ To attend periodical meeting with the clients or as and when required. Maintain good relation with all the clients as well as under command subordinates.
∎ To attend all the calls from existing clients & ensure solving complain in coordination with other departments, if necessary.
∎ Quickly response on all clients calls through any communication means and resolve the issue at the soonest.
∎ Be able to categorize the client segment (Good, Better, Best) and ensure providing services accordingly through constant supervision and monitoring.
∎ Communicate & develop strong network with clients for maintaining long term business relationship.
∎ Should have sound negotiating skill to convince the potential clients.
∎ Follow company rules and regulation properly and enforce among the under command.
∎ A Self-starter, proactive, fast thinker and result oriented with "can do attitude".
∎ Should have computer literacy on MS office package, Excel, mailing, drafting of reply of client mails and official letters/memos.
∎ Should have working knowledge on electronic security devices and obstacles.
∎ Should be able to work under constraints and pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in security or service related company.
∎ The applicants with experience in Prominent Security Service providing company will be preferred.
