Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Industry, Knit garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assuring Product Quality standard according to buyers requirement throughout the factory manufacturing process.
∎ Monitoring overall Quality Control team and ensure functionality of the entire team in every process.
∎ Ensure fabrics and other raw materials quality standard and monitoring during production.
∎ Ensure print, embroidery etc. production standard according to buyers requirement.
∎ Proper implementation of Quality Assurance SOP, including implementing new ideas, SOP's or Technics to help improve the overall Quality Standard.
∎ Able to correspondence with buyer any technical, approval, information or approval issue or any other required issue.
∎ Always aiming latest technology for highest quality and Minimize the DHU less than 1% in Cutting, Sewing and garment Finishing.
∎ Work with production teams to develop process flows and help trouble shoot any problems.
∎ Implement various types of inspection to ensure quality standards and all technical specification is followed.
∎ Ensure all pre cutting quality assurance activities.
∎ Make sure all process quality control from style lay out start period.
∎ Performing PP meeting style & order wise.
∎ Check the pattern before cutting if found ok then gives permission for trial cutting.
∎ Perform Pre-final and final inspection.
∎ Work with merchandising team & co-ordinate with buyer.
∎ Follow up all kind of customer required garments test.
∎ Follow up of quality system of daily production and report to office.
∎ Check trial quantity output & give performance report if it ok to offer the buyer.
∎ Check initial finishing garments and give approval garments for finishing standard.
∎ Able to follow up Q.C. in a floor overall cutting, sewing & finishing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Should have experience of leading QA team for at least 100 Lines factory.
∎ Should have experience of working in circular knit composite factory, and able to take the responsibility of Quality Controlling from fabrics to shipment.
