∎ Job Descriptions:
∎ Should have full responsibility for quality functions of entire manufacturing processes including incoming of the raw materials, cutting, in process operations of sewing and washing, testing of the washed/finished goods, and final inspection.
∎ Must be able to maintain and improve product and operation quality by monitoring product quality requirements, maintain SOP in the processes, maintain basic compliance requirements, and provide technical support for the factory.
∎ Should be able to analyze required product quality specifications to determine and establish proposed quality of the finished product.
∎ Should be able to develop and maintain quality assurance and control objectives and coordinate objectives with Production Department and other supporting departments.
∎ To develop a plan, promote, facilitate, and organize training activities for all quality team members.
∎ To review quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities of the quality team in order to meeting quality requirements and making a recommendation for improvement as appropriate for the factory.
∎ Should be able to deal with the customers quality claim/complain (if any) and giving on-time customer feedback.
∎ Should be able to take responsibility for QMS and Technical Audits and implement customer technical requirements.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspects of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Should be able to implement QC tools, lean manufacturing, and quality visualization.
∎ Lead and develop a sizable team of QA, QC and technical staff and responsible for all quality related activities/issues.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, handle disciplinary matters, provide training to the quality team as required to develop their career.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
