∎ At least 13 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Branch/territory/company sales target
∎ Collect regular Sales feedback and updates (through CRM), coordinate between Team Leaders and Members regarding all sales related gaps and issues.
∎ Lead and monitor daily sales activities to ensure targeted Sales objectives.
∎ Monitor and close all sales Successfully.
∎ Making sure to achieve the monthly/yearly sales target of all teams.
∎ Ability to run all sales teams independently with leadership attitude.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective sales management, all given sales operations and team management.
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.
∎ Responsible for contract negotiation with Clients of all assigned teams.
∎ Helping the team that they can build and maintain productive and cooperative relationships with Clients.
∎ Build and manage overall sales plan, activity plan, resource needed to accomplish the Sale Target of the assigned team.
∎ Coordinate with the Marketing Department and any other related Departments to organize marketing and advertising events and all other plans given by management.
∎ Training all the teams for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script, etc.
∎ Manage the team to accomplish the Sales Target.
∎ Any Other Task assigned by the Management.
