Job Context:
∎ Rising Group a leading manufacturer and exporter of Garments from Bangladesh is equipped with the most modern and latest machinery having 06 knit & 01 woven Garments manufacturing unit in Mirpur, Ashulia, Dhamrai and Gazipur. The Group also owns textile units in two spinning mills having an area of two production of knit fabric, dyeing, finishing, washing, one printing, button and thread manufacturing units.
∎ We are looking for an experienced General Manager-Marketing for knit Garments division who can deal & generate new business, develop new buyer and having competency to develop business relation. Job Location: Head Office, Mirpur, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To capable of Marketing, new buyer development, order procurement, correspond, liaison and communicate with the buyers regarding capacity booking, order taking, and at an order crisis moment.
∎ Should be capable for new business development & promotion with fresh buyer.
∎ To oversee and do costing and pricing of the garments and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ To co-ordinating marketing strategies with the merchandising and production departments.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management related to marketing & merchandising.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge on computer office application; Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power Point, Internet, e-mail, etc.
