∎ 15 to 18 years experiences in reputed Real Estate Company and 03 to 04 years experiences as DGM/ GM.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate must have competencies to negotiate with land owners and relevant regulatory bodies to take up Lands for Real Estate Development with adequate knowledge on FAR/BNBC/Real Estate related Laws and Government Rules.
∎ Strong negotiation skill, highly confident, strong business sense and industry expertise.
∎ Collect all documents from LO & vetted from in house legal dept. & external lawyer.
∎ Prepare draft of the J/V Deed of Agreement, POA and finalize such draft with Land Owners.
∎ Proven track record to successfully closing land acquisition deals in the past.
∎ Candidate should have knowledge on Land acquisition issues from individual owners or from other Government sources as well in and around Dhaka & Chattogram City.
∎ Should have knowledge and expertise on various provision of Bangladesh Real Estate Act, FAR, BNBC Code & other related law.
∎ Should have knowledge about land related documents like Dolil, via dolil, khotian, porcha, succession certificates, possession, Mutation related document, Case documents (if any) etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with different Government office such as RAJUK, local Land office, Ministry of Land etc.
∎ Negotiate the price with land owner, mediator in favor of company
