∎ The eligible candidate should have more than 20 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
∎ Proven experience in PWD/ PDB/ Roads & Highways with strong leadership capability will be an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, plan and implement business objectives and strategies.
∎ Set ambitious goals for business growth and success.
∎ Oversee daily operations and implement policies and procedures.
∎ Establish appropriate relationships and communication with suppliers and other key people to ensure all materials, supplies, tools, equipment and personnel are for completing project works in time.
∎ Enough experiences on E-Tending, Tender Preparations and Tender Bidding etc.
∎ Maintain close liaison with different Semi Government/ Government Organizations like Army, Navy, Air Force, Rajuk, PWD, PDB, Roads & Highways and Civil Aviation for project purpose.
∎ Report to the Director-Operation (RCL).
∎ Be located at Head Office of the Group but must undertake frequent visit both at Dhaka and outside of Dhaka

The General Manager, Rupayan Construction Limited (RCL) is responsible for planning, monitoring and implementing construction works both in the Private Sectors i.e. Roads & Highways, Bridges, Fly Over, Airports, Water Supply, Waste Management including all kinds of construction.
