Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knitting and Dyeing, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Dyeing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans and manages all the activities of dyeing & finishing departments’ activities, assuming responsibility for production quantity, quality, cost and delivery
∎ Manages dyeing and finishing schedule to ensure maximum efficiency
∎ Ensures department’s machinery and equipment are maintained to optimal level of operation
∎ Responsible for using lean principles and operating practices to establish, maintain and improve the production process
∎ Ensures that products are produced within the established time, cost control and quality standard
∎ Controls & develops operational cost within approved budget by evaluating actual expenditure with budgeted costs
∎ Coordinates and directs administration and HR activities in dyeing and finishing department in consultation with the HR Manager to ensure that company personnel policies and procedures are properly administered
∎ Ensures wastage is of minimum/agreed level

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
