Responsibilities & Context:
∎ *To be responsible for the entire activities of Legal & Estate Department.
∎ *Providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal & estate issues in the business activities.
∎ *To be responsible for providing legal opinion and legal vetting of charge / legal documents.
∎ *To be responsible for preparing various kinds of legal agreement i.e. MOU, DOA, POA etc.
∎ *Interact with Advisor in handling disputes, litigation, governmental queries, statutory compliances, etc.
∎ *Handling internal control systems (legal & estate audit) to ensure that the set quality standards are maintained and duly observed in the preparation, closure and administration of agreements.
∎ *Updating management with relevant legal & estate updates impacting the groups business.
∎ *Handling in-depth, Contracts law, Transfer of Property Act and Rent Act; litigation.
∎ *To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, corporate and real estate issues.
∎ *Appear before the Court in respect of any issue in favor of company.
∎ *Drafting all kinds of legal & estate documents.
∎ *Any other tasks assigned by reporting supervisor/ management.
