Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have 12-15 years working Experience as a PRODUCTION HEAD in compliant RMG unit having minimum 15-20 lines/ 2500-3000 workers.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in production of FLEECE JACKETS, KNIT TOPS (TEEs & POLOS) TROUSERS/BOTTOMS and all kinds of ACTIVEWEAR of both WOVEN and KNIT fabric.
∎ Must have strange leadership and administrative skills in order to face any issues head on and have full production floor.
∎ Must have good communication skill in English and Bengali in order to communicate with foreign/local buyers & staffs.
∎ Must have experience in working with IE and Production Efficiency department.
∎ Must have computer literacy.
∎ The selected candidate will be sole responsible of Production, Packing and Shipment of goods on time.
∎ The selected candidates as a senior management staff of the factory will monitor and ensure all compliance issues, safety, security and discipline of the factory.
∎ The selected candidates will run the factory as per Bangladesh labour law and internal rules and regulation of the company.
∎ The selected candidate must be target oriented and cost conscious.
∎ The selected candidate must have experience to work with ERP Software's.

∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing

∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
