Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing/ Supply Chain Management) from any reputed public/ private university.
∎ Professional Training on Supply Chain Management will give added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Purchase, Purchase Procurement, Purchase/ Procurement.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Purchasing and Cost estimation activities for the whole group.
∎ Implementing and maintaining the standard purchasing process, establish purchase policy and strategy with a view to enhance savings and reduce waste.
∎ Make sure efficient purchasing that enables the company to function and compete the market to include: Terms and conditions, supplier selection/ de-selection, evaluation and rationalization of supply chain solutions including vendor managed inventory, supplier consignments and safety stock.
∎ Make sure all the requisite and approved commodities availability as per the specification.
∎ Develop a purchasing & material sourcing policy, set a standard lead time for delivering to the end consumer.
∎ Initiate and develop creative and innovative procurement processes (eProcurement)
∎ Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders if appropriate.
∎ Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
∎ Develop, implement and maintain a supplier relationship and evaluation process to measure effective supplier performance and compliance.
∎ Work closely with Research Development to source new and alternative raw materials.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain in RMG sector, Trading or Export/ Import, Tax (VAT/ Income Tax)
∎ Candidate must be Hard Worker, Dynamic and Committed for Procurement.
