Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
∎ Lead quality team and GPQ.
∎ Perform internal QMS/ Technical Audit being internal auditor, work with all section head for improvement (Quality, Production, Compliance, store, Maintenance & business team whenever needed).
∎ Follow up, monitor and supervise QMS requirements.
∎ To run successfully QMS throughout the whole manufacturing unit from warehouse to shipment.
∎ Install or maintain right Quality Management System (QMS) or improve the existing QMS to ensure quality of products and satisfaction of the buyers.
∎ Designing, producing, evaluating, and assessing products to determine that they meet the desired quality level for a company's target market.
∎ Install / maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
∎ Ensure that QMS of the company is properly maintained to obtain AQL.
∎ Ensure that the QMS is in place and working as envisaged.
∎ Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to achieve quality and desired product.
∎ Follow up OTD, RTS, Pre- production meeting before bulk production, inline inspection, test cutting report, size set report, print report, wash shrinkage report, day pre final inspection, final inspection and submit buyer AQL.
∎ Checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company/ customer standards and requirements.
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ Provide approval such as print, embroidery, wash as per required standard of customers.
∎ To maintain all discipline and compliance issue.
∎ Train QC/QA Team regular basis to well following the quality SOP & keep consistency for continuous improvement.
∎ Whatever task assigns by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4-5 years experience in similar position.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali (Oral & Written).
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computer.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good interpersonal, communication skills & leadership quality.
