∎ • Bachelor/ master's degree in any discipline. Related Degree in Garmenting Technology would be added preference.

Garment Technology, Quality Control/ Inspect
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility for quality function in the entire Knit Garmenting process including Print, Embroidery & Finished goods inspection with Quality & Timely shipment.
∎ Maintain and improve Production & Technical quality by effective DHU monitoring, Establishing SOP, compliance, and technical support for the factory.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data to determine present standards and establish enhanced quality and reliability standard for the finished product.
∎ Develop a plan to facilitate and organizes training activities for all respective persons related to product quality and technical support personnel.
∎ Continuously review of quality control processes, procedures, and capability to sustain cost-effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and making a recommendation for improvement as appropriate for the Garments factory.
∎ Responsible for buyers all kind of quality inspection procedure; final inspection, in-process/inline quality audit, and sampling inspection.
∎ Responsible for customer (buyer) quality requirements and giving in-time customer feedback regarding all quality issue including mailing & other correspondence method.
∎ Responsible for all Technical Audit and implementation of customer technical standards.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspects of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Implement QC tools, lean manufacturing, and quality visualization to work in reduced manpower structure & organizing effective quality team.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of quality control standards, regulations, and best practices.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Proficiency in using quality testing equipment and software.
∎ Effective communication and reporting skills.
