Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regent Holdings Development Ltd. is a dynamic land development company poised for significant growth in the Bangladeshi real estate market. We are affiliated with the established AHSAN Group, known for its high-quality projects and commitment to excellence.
∎ We are looking for a seasoned and results-oriented leader to spearhead the marketing strategy and execution for our land development projects. The specific duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the industry, but here is a general outline of what a Land Operations GM/AGM might be expected to do:

∎ 1) Strategic Planning:
∎ • Develop and implement strategic plans for land operations in alignment with the overall organizational goals.
∎ • Identify opportunities for land acquisition, development, or disposal based on market trends and business objectives.
∎ 2) Marketing Operations:
∎ • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the overall business strategy and land development projects.
∎ • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure team effectiveness in achieving marketing goals.
∎ • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), traditional advertising, public relations, and content marketing.
∎ • Track and analyze marketing performance using marketing automation tools and data analytics.
∎ • Generate high-quality leads for the sales team through effective lead generation campaigns.
∎ • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners.
∎ • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies in the land development industry.
∎ 3) Land Acquisition and Development:
∎ • Evaluate potential land parcels for acquisition and assess their feasibility for development.
∎ • Negotiate land purchase agreements and manage the acquisition process.
∎ • Oversee the planning, design, and development of land projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and zoning requirements.
∎ 4) Project Management:
∎ • Manage land development projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
∎ • Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, contractors, and local government officials, to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ • Develop and manage budgets for land operations, ensuring financial objectives are met.
∎ • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
∎ 5) Regulatory Compliance:
∎ • Stay informed about and ensure compliance with all relevant land use regulations, zoning codes, and environmental requirements.
∎ • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for land development projects (i.e. RAJUK, House Building).
∎ 6) Team Leadership:
∎ • Build and lead a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
∎ • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the land operations department.
∎ 7) Risk Management:
∎ • Identify and assess potential risks associated with land operations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
∎ • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards.
∎ 8) Community Relations:
∎ • Engage with local communities and stakeholders to address concerns, build positive relationships, and enhance the organization's reputation.
∎ 9) Reporting:
∎ • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of land operations, including project milestones, financial performance, and potential risks.
