Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a recognized university. Graduation in Textile Engineering from BUTex will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ New business development & promotion with fresh Buyer for Bottom (Denim & Twill) product, especially the buyers who don't require accord & alliance requirement.
∎ Procure immediate order requirement for Bottom (Denim & Twill) product to meet the factory production capacity.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Monitoring the status of all types of approval for bulk production.
∎ Oversee supply chain & background linkage management.
∎ Follow up with planning, production & commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Meet the objectives and target of the marketing & Merchandising department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capability to do Marketing/Sourcing buyers who don't require Accord & Alliance certification.
∎ Can do Marketing/Source buyer from the region like Latin America, Scandinavian countries, Russia, Australia-NZ, Korean & Japanese market.
∎ Applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Woven Marketing, Merchandising related field.
∎ Denim/Twill Bottoms & Jackets marketing experience.
∎ Strong & Adequate working knowledge of sourcing, market survey, negotiation skill.
∎ Good knowledge in price quotation and product development on Denim/Twill Bottom & Jacket.
∎ Knowledge on fabric, consumption and wash etc.
∎ Candidate must be expert in sourcing new buyers, collecting orders, shipment follow-up and communication with buyers.
∎ Ability to work as a team leader.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven with amicable personality
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mail communication, uses of internet is a must.
∎ Communication skills both in oral and written in English.

Salary: Negotiable
