Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Post Graduation from any Reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently can handle Buyers.
∎ Monitor all QA (Quality Assurance) / QC (Quality Control) operations and per-production activities to ensure end product.
∎ Meets the customer quality requirements within AQL.
∎ Ensure product quality as per quality parameters & Buyer's direction.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality.
∎ Achieve all given KPI.
∎ Make QC inspection plan with production and material department.
∎ Finalize the critical operation, quality points and ensure explanation to Quality Inspectors & Quality Supervisors.
∎ Responsible for overall Quality Assurance/ Quality Control in the factory.
∎ Setting QA team and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Able to work in Cross-Functional environment.
∎ Managing a team of people and is able to train and develop associates.
∎ To provide technical solutions and trouble shootings to production team.
∎ Propose/ Implement strategic improvements in quality process.
∎ Daily internal inline materials follow up & on time PP meeting arrangement.
∎ Perform prefinal prior inspection.
∎ Prepare different reports and submit to the top management.
∎ Have to perform other duties & responsibilities as when assigned by the superiors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in English.
∎ Good Command in using MS Office Package. Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.
