∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow & participate risk analysis meeting and discuss all critical points with regards to customer acceptations.
∎ Assist to review the size set & participates for the PP meeting with comments.
∎ Assist to analyze & discuss the critical points/areas that need special attention as per customer requirements.
∎ Assist to review first sewing output & Highlight the issues for corrections.
∎ Maintain & Visit relevant sewing lines/finishing highlight the issues for corrective actions.
∎ Maintain the style details file with all required documents (Style File).
∎ Assist to do inline & pre-final audits from sewing, pack garment & pass the information of inspection result & keep record.
∎ Assist to ensure 100% pack pre-final/final audit and the shipment up to customer requirements.
∎ Assist to send the required samples by following time line to relevant Merchandiser (TOP Sample, Shipment Samples, Counter Sample, Reference Sample).
∎ To co-ordinate with QC In-charge, Line QC & QI for predictable & preventive defects by giving them briefing about the styling at the time of Line Layout/Setting.
∎ To do styling confirmation at the time of pilot run. Do measurement check, construction check & confirm the placement of EMB, Print & other accessories. Make a report & review the same with internal Production & Quality team.
∎ To co-ordinate with buyer QA on regular basis & give him feedback about the quality of ongoing production.
∎ Will ensure SOP desired quality standards of Buyer followed and meet.
∎ Need to co-ordinate with Merchant team, Buying QA, Internal fabric W/M, Fabric inspections & Accessories store for approved fabric swatches, Trim cards & related approvals along with internal & external testing reports as per buyer requirement.
∎ Assist & work with cooperatively with 3rd party inspections.
∎ If any doubt or need any information should be clarify from QA Manager/Merchandiser/Or with the relevant persons and give clear guidelines to production/QA teams.
∎ Assist to report any process deviation and take corrective action with team.
∎ Assist to plan problem solving & Continuous improvement session weekly with the Team members.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must have experience as GPQ in Readymade Woven Garments Industries.
∎ Capability to work hard with proactive manner.
∎ Should have ready to work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation particularly MS Office.
∎ Good morale value with ethical commitment;
∎ Well behaved, convincing & positive attitude;
∎ Must be fluent in both English & Bangla.
