Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with higher management to solve any kind of problem.
∎ Communicate with buyers.
∎ Monitoring all sections from store, cutting to sewing & finishing process up to shipment.
∎ Conduct & Attend the all kinds of PP meetings.
∎ Prepare & Review the all production plan to meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Follow up the printing / embroidery / washing / production / fabrics & finishing (up to shipment)
∎ Closely monitoring the production as well as meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Monitoring the several audit.
∎ Giving guidelines to the production people to maintain quality.
∎ Follow up order & enquires as per buyers recruitment.
∎ Responsibility for quality according to buyer demand.
∎ Production supervisor with proper Quality as per requires tracking.
∎ Time and action plan for production and ensure deadlines are meeting.
∎ Conduct style wise inline, pre-final, final inspection.
∎ Any other task assigns by the management.
