∎ Experience in brand marketing or agency work.

∎ Expertise in motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
∎ Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create eye-catching designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, and brochures.
∎ Develop brand-aligned visuals for campaigns, events, and promotions.
∎ Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent across platforms.
∎ Develop motion graphics for promotional videos, social media content, and digital advertising.
∎ Create engaging animations for event teasers, explainer videos, and brand storytelling.
∎ Collaborate with the cinematography team to integrate motion elements into video content.
∎ Work closely with the brand marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas for campaigns.
∎ Translate marketing objectives into creative visual solutions.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Manage revisions and feedback to produce final polished outputs.
∎ Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and project files.
∎ Keep up-to-date with design trends and recommend innovative approaches.
