∎ Certification in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or Animation (e.g., Adobe Certified Professional, Motion Graphics courses).
∎ Training in Social Media Marketing & Content Creation (e.g., Meta Blueprint, YouTube Creator Academy).
∎ Courses in Cinematography/Camera Handling (e.g., DSLR/Gimbal workshops).
∎ Professional Certification/Training (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Advanced video editing & animation skills
∎ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
∎ Content strategy
∎ Camera operation & gimbal handling skill is a bonus
∎ Creativity, time management and teamwork
∎ Prior experience in real estate/construction industry content is a plus.(Note: Relevant skills & portfolio may outweigh formal certifications.)
∎ Skills Required:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create daily short/long videos, and promotional contents
∎ Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition ✔ Skills in Character animation, motion graphics and visual effects
∎ Handle video cameras, gimbals and shooting setups (preferred)
