∎ 1-3 years experience in graphic design (computer aided), advertising and marketing communications is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain visual brand identity for outlets including - department communication, product display planogram, color palette, window display artwork and private brand elements in alignment with relevant departments.
∎ Produce in-outlet signage and promotional materials that enhance the shopping experience and highlight special offers or new products.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools and techniques to continuously improve design skills and processes.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work.
∎ Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to understand their design needs and deliver solutions to meet their objectives.
∎ Work closely with head office and outlet teams to ensure all in-outlet communication, promotional materials, and digital content aligned with brand strategies.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, tools and technologies to maintain relevancy in the evolving design field. Safeguarding Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
