Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, and making decisions about fonts, images, readability and communicative aspects.
∎ Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as graphical appeal.
∎ Ensuring client needs are met, ranging from typesetting through to graphic design, print and production.
∎ Keeping clients up to date, listening to and acting on feedback, and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions.
∎ Working proactively with clients to implement ideas and managing their expectations. Liaising with clients to determine their requirements, timescale and budget.
∎ preparing rough drafts Of material based on an agreed brief.
∎ Liaising with external vendors, printers and production teams to ensure deadlines are met and design materials are printed and presented to the highest quality.
∎ Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
∎ Keeping up to date with latest design and software trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in working with advertising agencies, publishing houses, magazines, and newspapers preferable.
