Job Context:
∎ Babuland Ltd is a fast-growing chain of indoor playgrounds (Amusement Sector) catering to the growing need for children`s play space in Bangladesh. We have 4 branches currently in Dhaka with a nationwide rollout plan in the next 3 years. We have a unique work environment and maintain an out-of-the-box ambience cultural.

∎ We are seeking a Graphics Designer who will be responsible for making online and printing materials in Bangla and English. Your target will be to increase the popularity and awareness of Babuland through online & offline engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the marketing, event and creative team for content ideation and in-depth understanding of requirements.
∎ Make High quality and eye-catching content like social media posts and banners, flyers, Brochures, Leaflets, logos, blog images, info-graphics, and website banners, for Web & Social Media advertisements according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ The candidate has to be an expert in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Take creative and quality ownership (manage full ideation to execution cycle) and provide strategic ideas.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Analytical ability.
∎ Proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop.
∎ Computer Skills including emails, reports, and social media content.
∎ Great Communication Skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Always ready to come to work with a Smile.
∎ Have a strong design sense, great typography and layout skills.
∎ Experience in working with outside print vendors is a plus.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
