Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop visually appealing designs, illustrations, and graphics for social media campaigns, software interfaces, and web platforms.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
∎ Use various design tools and software applications to create compelling visual content.
∎ Design and optimize graphics, images, and layouts for online platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
∎ Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry standards to consistently improve design quality.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative designs that align with branding guidelines.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
∎ Provide design support for print materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items, as needed.
∎ Collaborate with web developers and UI/UX designers to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
∎ Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
∎ Demonstrated experience in designing content for social media platforms, software interfaces, and web platforms.
∎ Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices, with the ability to create user-friendly designs.
∎ Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow design briefs and project requirements.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of print design and experience in producing high-quality print materials is a plus.
