Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and inspire a high-performing leadership team across various business units
∎ Drive overall financial performance and ensure profitable and sustainable business growth
∎ Oversee large-scale real estate projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
∎ Build and nurture relationships with key external stakeholders including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, JV partners, government agencies, and investors
∎ Ensure that robust internal controls, governance, and risk management systems are in place across the group
∎ Identify new business opportunities, both locally and internationally, and lead initiatives for diversification and innovation
∎ Represent the group in key negotiations, industry events, and policy forums
∎ Report to the Board with regular updates on performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic developments
∎ The Group CEO will provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership for a diversified group of companies, with a particular focus on housing, real estate, development, and related sectors. As the highest-ranking executive, the CEO will be responsible for driving long-term value creation, business growth, and operational excellence across all subsidiaries and business units. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with solid financial and business acumen, and a proven track record in corporate management. Develop and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with the Group’s vision, particularly focusing on real estate and housing development.
