Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or B2B lead generation. Proven experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, and CRO.
∎ Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or HubSpot.
∎ Hands-on experience with email automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Active Campaign).
∎ Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead nurturing tactics.
∎ Bonus: Knowledge of UAE & USA markets and prior experience in B2B tech/software marketing.
∎ Key Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads in the USA & UAE. Optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media, LinkedIn, etc.).
∎ Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
∎ Set up and manage lead nurturing workflows via email automation & CRM tools.
∎ Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
∎ Conduct SEO keyword research & content optimization to drive organic traffic.
∎ Track and improve website conversion rates (CRO) using A/B testing.
∎ Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to measure and improve campaign ROI.
∎ Develop engaging content (blogs, case studies, landing pages) tailored to B2B audiences.
∎ Leverage LinkedIn & Twitter for organic brand visibility and thought leadership.
∎ Collaborate with designers & developers to improve website UI/UX for conversions.
∎ Identify and test new growth channels (webinars, partnerships, influencer collaborations).
∎ Experiment with viral and referral marketing tactics for brand exposure.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to suggest innovative strategies.
